About Catherine Strauss

Catherine is the Office Managing Partner of Ice Miller’s Columbus office and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. A partner in Ice Miller’s Labor & Employment (Workplace Solutions) practice, she is a trusted adviser and advocate for employers with national workforces, known for her practical, steady counsel and tenacious representation in disputes.

Beyond her practice, Catherine’s community leadership is equally meaningful. She serves as chair of the YMCA of Central Ohio’s Board of Trustees and contributes her time and expertise to organizations including the Columbus Metropolitan Library and Foundation, the Urban Libraries Council, and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
