Anastasia Tonello’s recognition reflects her diverse experience in immigration law, highlighting her extensive experience guiding individuals, including entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, entertainers, and artists. As a partner in Ice Miller’s New York practice, she has been consulted on investor, extraordinary ability, family-based petitions, and complex United States citizenship issues. Anastasia has held numerous leadership roles with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), including serving as president, charter officer of AILA’s Rome District—European, Middle East, and Africa Chapter, and chair of AILA’s Department of State Committee.

Tami Earnhart is a partner at Ice Miller’s Indianapolis office and a member of the firm’s Workplace Solutions Group and Health Care Group. She represents employers in all aspects of employment and labor law, including discrimination and other litigation, claims filed with administrative agencies, and labor arbitrations. With extensive experience in employment law, Tami counsels employers on workplace compliance, human resources policies, discrimination and harassment prevention, employee discipline, and FMLA matters. She regularly represents employers in state and federal court litigation, agency investigations, and labor arbitrations, and is a frequent speaker and author on employment law topics, including wage and hour compliance, affirmative action, workplace harassment, and health care reform.
