Ice Miller congratulates partner Olga Voinarevich for being named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2025 Forty Under 40 list. Voinarevich and her fellow honorees were celebrated at an event held on April 10.

Voinarevich is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group focusing her practice on health care, pharmaceutical, and outside general counsel work. As part of her outside general counsel practice, she counsels a variety of clients on risk mitigation strategies and assists in the preparation, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements. On the health care side, Voinarevich frequently helps pharmaceutical and life sciences companies navigate opportunities and challenges related to pre-clinical and clinical product development, including preparation and negotiation of clinical trial agreements, informed consent, and other sponsored research arrangements. 

In addition to her legal practice, Voinarevich regularly volunteers through programs and outreach services to benefit those who cannot readily afford legal services and participates in other community endeavors. She is part of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access Council and is an Indianapolis partner-in-charge of Ice Miller’s very first formal pro bono program. In the past, Voinarevich has also served as an adjunct professor at Martin University, Indiana’s only predominantly Black institution of higher education, where she taught a course on law and criminal justice.

Since 1993, the Indianapolis Business Journal has recognized individuals under the age of 40 who have excelled in their chosen field and are actively engaged in the community. Honorees have demonstrated leadership, initiative, and dedication in pursuing their careers and show great promise that they are likely to continue to achieve great success within their organization and the community.
