Olga Voinarevich

Olga Voinarevich is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group and co-chair of the firm’s Supply Chain & Logistics practice, where she serves as a trusted advisor and outside counsel to leading companies in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, food, complex manufacturing, and other highly regulated industries. 
She counsels clients on complex commercial transactions, strategic supply chain initiatives, and enterprise-wide contracting, and risk management matters.

Her practice is centered on the negotiation and structuring of high-value commercial agreements, including contract manufacturing, supply and procurement, distribution, warehousing, transportation, 3PL, technology, services, and strategic outsourcing arrangements. She frequently advises clients on critical supply chain relationships and commercial frameworks that support business continuity, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and growth.

Known for her business acumen, prior litigation background, and deep understanding of highly regulated industries, she partners with organizations to develop and implement contracting strategies that balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
