Olga Voinarevich

Olga Voinarevich is a partner in Ice Miller's Business Group and focuses her practice on healthcare, pharmaceutical, and outside general counsel work. Olga’s client base is diverse across various sectors. As part of her outside general counsel practice, Olga counsels a variety of commercial clients on risk mitigation strategies and assists in the preparation, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements. Her experience in this area crosses many industries, including food, medical, consumer products, hospitality, technology, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services. As a former litigator, Olga also regularly guides business teams and executives on preemptive risk management steps, litigation and dispute resolution strategies, as well as statutory and regulatory compliance.

On the healthcare side, Olga has in-depth experience in the defense of pharmaceutical and device manufacturers in complex, national litigation involving mass-tort product liability claims, as well as serving as lead science counsel in connection with expert development and assessment of scientific evidence. She frequently helps pharmaceutical and life sciences companies navigate opportunities and challenges related to pre-clinical and clinical product development, including preparation and negotiation of clinical trial agreements, informed consents, and other sponsored research arrangements.
