She assists employers by preparing agreements and policies that guide them in making employment-related decisions down the road and advises companies in making personnel and wage and hour decisions that comply with state and federal laws. When employment disputes cannot be avoided, Tami represents employers in defending employment claims, both in court and with administrative agencies. Tami’s practice also includes managing employee leaves under the FMLA and other applicable laws and advising federal contractors regarding their affirmative action and pay obligations.
