Andrew N. Vento

Andrew Vento is a member of Ice Miller's Trusts, Estates & Private Wealth Group and advises clients about estate planning, succession planning, charitable giving, estate and trust administration, and prenuptial planning. Andrew has worked with physicians, lawyers, engineers, corporate executives, business owners and others in the creation and implementation of tailored estate plans designed to address the specific needs and objectives of the clients and their families. Andrew frequently works with the personal representatives of estates and trustees of trusts to implement estate plans when an individual has passed away, or following the creation and funding of trusts for the benefit of family members and charities. This work often requires addressing and analyzing federal estate and gift tax questions and issues. Andrew has represented personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in matters involving challenges to wills and trusts, and disputes regarding the interpretation, implementation and administration of wills and trusts.

Andrew is certified as an estate planning and administration specialist by the Indiana State Bar Association.
