Angela Krahulik's primary areas of practice include insurance coverage, business risk management and litigation, environmental litigation and administrative matters. She is chair of the Firm's Environmental, Natural Resources and Toxic Tort Practice Group.
 
Angela's experience includes insurance coverage litigation, shareholder, contractual, and other business disputes, and environmental contribution and recovery actions. Angela works with clients to control and transfer risk, including managing exposure through appropriate contracts and insurance. Angela handles a variety of issues related to the motorsports industry and has proudly represented the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and INDYCAR for over a decade. She has tried numerous cases in Indiana and federal courts.  In addition to routinely handling a full range of litigated matters, Angela provides alcoholic beverage and tobacco permitting services, including obtaining and renewing alcoholic beverage permits throughout the state and at the federal level and resolving violation and other issues associated with those permits.

Angela serves on the Indianapolis Bar Foundation’s Board of Directors and on the Board of Directors of Second Helpings, Inc. She is a member of the Indiana Legal Foundation’s Legal Advisory Committee and is the immediate past chair of the Environmental Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She also co-chairs the Environmental Subcommittee of the Insurance Coverage and Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section. Angela is a frequent author and presenter on subjects related to trial practice, risk avoidance and insurance coverage and has recently presented regarding or published articles related to ethical considerations in witness preparation, the use of electronic liability waivers,  lost and destroyed liability insurance policies, jury selection, vapor intrusion costs in environmental insurance coverage cases, Indiana's direct action rule, and business interruption insurance.

Angela earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Indiana University in 1997. She attended Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, earning her juris doctor, summa cum laude, in 2001.
 
Angela joined Ice Miller in August 2001. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana.
