Angela Rinehart is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex health care, products liability, commercial, and regulatory disputes. She guides clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and discovery through dispositive motion practice, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
Angela has significant experience managing complex litigation, developing case strategy, taking and defending key fact witness depositions, briefing high-stakes motions, and preparing matters for trial. She regularly serves as a strategic advisor to clients facing business-critical disputes and regulatory investigations, helping them navigate legal issues while balancing operational and business objectives.
A substantial portion of Angela’s practice focuses on healthcare litigation and regulatory matters. She represents hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other health care providers in civil litigation, peer review disputes, licensing board investigations, administrative proceedings, regulatory enforcement actions, and other contested matters. Drawing on her prior experience at the Indiana State Department of Health, Angela understands the unique challenges healthcare organizations face in highly regulated environments.
