Josh has a broad technology and business law background. He’s worked as chief in-house counsel at a successful medical software start-up and as a corporate associate at a large regional firm, representing clients in a wide range of industries, including real estate development, restaurant franchising and operations, manufacturing, construction, software development, and data analytics.
He now represents early and growth-stage companies that are raising capital through seed and venture capital financing, representing their interests in both their capital raising legal needs, as well as their general business contracts, which often include software licensing, software as a service subscriptions, and service agreements.
