Holiday Banta is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Group. She is a registered patent attorney and concentrates her practice in the areas of intellectual property litigation, dispute negotiations, U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution and intellectual property licensing. She has prepared patent appeals and post-issuance proceedings before both the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Troy Cole (T.J.) is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group. He is a registered patent attorney with a broad-based intellectual property practice. T.J. assists clients with obtaining protection for their intellectual property by securing patents, trademarks and copyrights, as well as intellectual property licensing, enforcement and defense.

Lesley McCall Grossberg leads Ice Miller’s Intellectual Property practice and is an experienced IP litigator, representing clients in patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition matters in federal district and appellate courts, as well as in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission. In addition to her litigation practice, Lesley serves as a trusted adviser on trademark portfolio strategy and global brand management.

Jacqueline Lesser is a partner in Ice Miller’s Intellectual Property Group and the leader of the firm’s Advertising Group. Jackie has more than two decades of experience as an IP counselor, and litigator, with a focus on trademarks, copyrights, marketing, advertising and publicity rights. She litigates in federal courts throughout the country, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), the National Advertising Division of the Better Business Bureau (NAD), and the Copyright Claims Board (CCB).

Tom Rammer is Of Counsel in Ice Miller’s Intellectual Property Group. Tom has broad Federal trial experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, software and pro bono matters. He’s familiar with all aspects of the process, from comprehensive risk analysis to consideration of litigation alternatives that focus on achieving successful outcomes for his clients and briefing and oral argument preparation for Federal Circuit appeals.
