Katie Marschke is an associate in Ice Miller’s Real Estate Group. She advises and represents developers of commercial, retail, and residential properties, as well as local municipalities in all areas of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, finance, and land use. Katie practiced as a business litigator at Ice Miller for four years before transitioning to real estate. Katie continues to assist clients with disputes amongst landlords/tenants, contractors, and neighbors both before and during litigation.

She received her Bachelor of Science in hospitality and tourism management at Purdue University in 2009, graduating with high distinction. Her focus was restaurant management.

Katie attended law school at Pennsylvania State University, the Dickinson School of Law in State College, Pa. She graduated magna cum laude and received her juris doctor in 2013. Katie was an editor for the Penn State Law Review and on the executive board for Phi Alpha Delta, the national professional law fraternity.

Katie has been an associate at Ice Miller since 2013, and clerked for Ice Miller beforehand.
