Lisa Lee's primary practice concentration is municipal finance.
 

Lisa is a frequent speaker on the issues of tax increment finance, economic development and general municipal finance, and has also been a panelist at seminars held by the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns, the Association of Indiana Counties, the Illinois Tax Increment Association, the Indiana Municipal Lawyer's Association, the Municipal Management Institute, Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana League of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers, the Indiana Economic Development Academy, and the Indiana Finance Authority on these and additional topics such as legal opinions, professional ethics, municipal utility financings, capital planning, local option income taxes and park and stormwater financings.

Lisa received a Volunteer of the Year Award from the Indiana Sports Corporation for her role in the 2005 NCAA Women's Final Four, has served on the Indianapolis Local Organizing Committee for the 2006, 2010 and 2015 NCAA Men's Final Four and the 2005, 2011 and 2016 NCAA Women's Final Four, has served on the Indiana Sports Corporation's President's Council and served as the chair of Indiana Sports Corporation's Youthlink's Executive Women's Clinic. She also served on the 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee, is currently on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Sports Corporation and serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Rowing Center.

She is a native of New Castle, Ind., and received her Bachelor of Science in 1985 and Masters of Public Administration in 1987 from Ball State University. She holds a juris doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Lisa joined Ice Miller in May 1997. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
