Lisa Lee is a partner in the firm’s municipal finance practice, where she advises public entities on municipal finance, economic development incentives, tax increment financing, and capital planning. Lisa’s practice is grounded in decades of experience working directly with all forms of local governmental entities, equipping her with unmatched insight into municipal structures, statutory requirements, and decision‑making dynamics across Indiana.
A sought after speaker, she regularly presents at national and statewide organizations—including the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL), the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns (now AIM), the Association of Indiana Counties, and numerous other municipal and redevelopment associations—on the above-referenced topics as well as legal opinions, ethics, utility and capital project financings, and local tax policy.
Lisa is also deeply engaged in civic leadership, having previously served on the Board of Directors of the Indiana Sports Corporation and the Indianapolis Rowing Center, and contributing to multiple NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four organizing committees as well as the 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee. She also serves on Ice Miller’s Board of Directors.
