Steve Jones is a partner in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group focusing on all aspects of construction law, including contract drafting, negotiation, arbitration and litigation.
His experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts on behalf of developers, public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and design-builders. Steve has also prosecuted and defended numerous construction related disputes including mechanic's lien actions in various forums including litigation, arbitration, mediation and private judge litigation. As a civil engineer, Steve is also knowledgeable in the technical aspects involved in many construction disputes.
