Peter Frintzilas is an associate in Ice Miller’s Business Group, representing public and private companies and whose work spans a range of business, tax, and transactional services.
Prior to attending law school, Peter worked as a certified public accountant at a Big Four global accounting and professional services firm focusing on audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory matters. After graduating from law school, he served as an associate at a global law firm.
