Russell Mangas is a first chair trial attorney with extensive experience representing clients in high stakes, complex commercial litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts. He has served as lead trial counsel on several occasions, conducting both direct and cross-examinations of critical fact and expert witnesses and giving opening and closing arguments. Russell has a strong track record of crafting persuasive trial narratives for his clients and leading trial teams through the focused preparation necessary to tell those narratives to judges and juries. He is an advocate whose experience also includes successfully arguing several appeals in the federal appellate courts.

As Of Counsel in Ice Miller’s Litigation practice group, Russell represents pharmaceutical, technology, and fintech companies, as well as investment banks and commercial manufacturing and service providers, in a wide range of complex disputes, including:
