Sandra Claudio serves as the Director of Business Development for Ice Miller’s Litigation Practice Group, where she plays a key role in shaping and executing the group’s strategic growth initiatives. She partners closely with practice group leaders and attorneys to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the group’s competitive position in the market.

With experience at both Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 firms, Sandra has built her career on driving collaboration and turning strategy into results. She has led cross-practice business development initiatives, spearheaded client teams that foster deeper partnerships, and created opportunities for attorneys to expand their practices. She also has extensive experience integrating lateral attorneys into firm platforms—helping them build their internal networks, elevate their profiles, and generate meaningful client engagements.
