Associate

Sarah Charlton is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation and Workplace Solutions groups. Within the Workplace Solutions Group, she focuses her practice on representing employers in various immigration matters.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Sarah served as a summer associate at the firm, a legal extern to the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and as a legal extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

In 2023, she graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. There, she served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Law Journal, President of the Criminal Law Society, and as a Legal Writing Fellow, assisting LLM students from across the world with their legal writing and research skills. In addition, Sarah participated in the Justice for Children Clinic.
