Thomas Green is an associate in the firm’s Business Group. Thomas primarily focuses his practice on counseling private credit funds, private equity funds, commercial finance companies, and small business investment companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Thomas also has a background in bankruptcy law and has represented hedge funds, private credit funds, financial institutions and companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, and related transactions.
Thomas was the associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Kevin Gross of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
