Tina Dukandar Light

With a passion for protecting innovation and intellectual property, Tina Dukandar Light is an associate in Ice Miller’s Workplace Solutions group. She represents employers in a wide range of employment litigation matters with a focus on protecting client’s confidential information.

Tina is a seasoned attorney renowned for her knowledge and experience in trade secret misappropriation cases. She proactively develops strategies for employers to protect their confidential information through training employees in various roles, developing company policies and procedures, and drafting non-compete, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements. Tina has also worked with clients both pursuing and defending against claims in state and federal courts.

Tina also represents employers before state and federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. This includes matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment wrongful termination, and/or retaliation under the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, PWFA, and FMLA.
