Dan Durocher is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Dan worked as a corporate attorney for a Dayton-based law firm. In that role, he represented clients in strategic M&A transactions. Dan has negotiated and drafted all types of deal documents, including confidentiality agreements, indications of interest, letters of intent, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements and various ancillary documents. He is also well-versed in performing legal due diligence and drafting related reports.
In 2014, Dan earned his juris doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, he was a staff writer for the Law Review and was a member of the Business Law Association.
