Eric Hyun Yoon

Eric Yoon is a trial and appellate lawyer in Ice Miller’s Litigation practice group focused on resolving high-stakes disputes, managing regulatory risk, and protecting commercial interests across borders. He advises companies and individuals facing complex litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on cross-border commercial issues involving anti-competitive practices, regulatory scrutiny, and policy considerations.

Eric represents clients across a broad range of industries, including real estate, aviation, shipping, financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing, and transportation, bringing a pragmatic, business focused approach to dispute resolution. He regularly defends companies, individuals, and nonprofit organizations in breach of contract disputes, business torts, shareholder rights, defamation cases, trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and defense and indemnity issues. Eric also successfully defended clients in class action lawsuits and mass tort actions involving consumer fraud, false advertising, and product liability claims.
