Ice Miller lawyer Cora Steinmetz will be participating in the next installment of the "GOP Medicaid Event Series" presented by Aldis Institutional Services.

Program Description:

With Congressional Republicans focusing on Medicaid reforms to pay for the extension of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the interaction between federal and state policymakers will be a key catalyst to watch. The reaction from Republican-led states will be important in determining what policies are enacted in DC and how they may be implemented on the state level.

To discuss the state-level reactions to these Congressional proposals, Aldis Institutional is pleased to host Cora Steinmetz – former Indiana Medicaid Director. Cora currently serves as Of Counsel in Ice Miller’s Government Affairs & Regulatory Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Cora was the director of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning where she oversaw the implementation of the state’s fourth managed care program, the Indiana PathWays for Aging.
