Program Description:

This session will highlight key legislative, regulatory, and other developments affecting ESOP-owned companies. Panelists will discuss required plan amendments for the current year, optional plan design updates available to ESOPs, and recent developments under new Department of Labor leadership. The session also will address current trends in ESOP transactions and provide an update on federal legislative and regulatory initiatives impacting ESOPs.
