Program Description:

In recent years, employee non-competition agreements have been scrutinized (and challenged) by a number of state and federal agencies.  In health care, there are strict limits on the way in which physician non-competition agreement can be used under Indiana law. Presenters will discuss both Indiana’s statutory limitations on non-competition agreements for physicians and the status of the laws on the use and enforcement of non-competition agreements more generally, including the status of attempts to limit or eliminate non-competition agreement by the Federal Trade Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.
