Ice Miller partner Angela Krahulik will be participating in a webinar titled "PFAS: A Deeper Dive" presented by the Association for the Rubber Product Manufacturers and the Association of Plastic Product Manufacturers. 

There are currently a group of chemicals that have been placed in the spotlight and are receiving significant attention. Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are being discussed in the media and are referenced as substances that will lead to the next industrial disaster. 

As a follow-up to the PFAS Explained webinar, attendees will hear an update from three PFAS experts. Stephen Zins of SME will provide attendees with an overview of PFAS, its use, and the current regulatory climate, Kevin Custer of Pace Laboratories will explain analytical methods for testing, and Angela Krahulik of Ice Miller LLP will share an update on PFAS-related legislation and litigation.
