Program Description:

Employers are challenged to attract and retain employees and may find it desirable (or necessary) to offer programs that provide an incentive beyond base pay, annual bonus, and/or retirement benefits. ESOP companies may not have access to the same equity award vehicles that non-ESOP companies do, but alternative arrangements are available. This session will cover selected equity-based incentive alternatives. The content aims to enhance attendees’ knowledge by describing arrangements often used by ESOP companies, highlighting design and operation requirements and considerations, and providing an open forum for participants to discuss strategies and ask questions, confirm or adjust their understanding of various programs.
