In today’s complex legal landscape, knowing how to respond when law enforcement shows up at your door—whether physically or digitally—is more important than ever. This webinar, "What To Do When Law Enforcement Comes Knocking," offers crucial insights for individuals, businesses, and organizations on how to protect their rights, manage risk, and respond effectively in emergency situations. Led by experienced legal professionals, including a former Chief Division Counsel to the FBI, this session covers the do’s and don’ts of dealing with law enforcement requests and how to properly engage with law enforcement.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the importance of internal protocols, risk mitigation techniques, and much more! Additionally, participants will learn about the unique cybersecurity and public safety risks posed for institutions of higher education, and how to craft SOPs, conduct trainings, and insulate their organizations against the ever-growing variety of threat actors.

While all individuals in the higher education space are welcome to join, this program will be most beneficial to: General Counsels & Legal Departments; Cybersecurity and I.T. Professionals; Institutional Leadership; and Leaders in Finance, Business/Administration, and Public Safety Departments.
