Jennifer Lawry Adams is an experienced attorney who concentrates her practice on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, long-term care and advising her clients on a variety of general corporate law matters. She also serves as outside general counsel for a number of closely held businesses.
Jennifer puts the focus squarely on her clients, relying on years of experience and a willingness to understand the strategic goals of the individuals and businesses she serves to find creative legal solutions that are practical and impactful. Clients in the health care, automotive, and other industries routinely put their trust in Jennifer because of her dedication to client service.
