He has held leadership roles at top-tier law firms and a well-known investment bank, equipping him with a unique perspective and helping hone his creative approach to novel and complex transactions.

Lee, based in Washington, D.C., holds more than a decade of experience in business law, private equity, venture capital, development finance, and international transactions. He is well-versed in the technology, life sciences, and private equity sectors, and regularly counsels companies on cross-border structuring strategies to support international expansion, investment, and compliance.
