Ice Miller Baltimore office managing partner Kevin Hroblak has been selected as a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA)’s Chesapeake Chapter Board of Directors. TMA is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health space. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary.

Hroblak is an accomplished trial lawyer whose experience extends across a broad array of business litigation, investigations, and restructuring matters, including representing companies, individuals, creditors, trustees, special committees, boards of directors, and independent fiduciaries in connection with investigations and litigation. The nature of the investigations and litigation matters include, among others, claims involving corporate governance, director and officer liability, mismanagement and business fraud, professional liability, government enforcement, and other business-related claims.

The TMA Chesapeake Chapter covers the greater Mid-Atlantic area spanning from Baltimore, Maryland to Richmond, Virginia. With over 100 members, the chapter hosts several networking events, opportunities to meet with other professional organizations, and chances to be a part of the chapter’s leadership team by serving on a committee or joining the Board of Directors.
