Jennifer Schuster, Of Counsel in Ice Miller's Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group, has joined Indy Reads' 2026 Board of Directors.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Jennifer will help support the Indy Reads' efforts to expand access to literacy and workforce development resources, offering her expertise toward executing Indy Reads' vision of 100% literacy for all.

Indy Reads' mission is to build literacy, English Language, and job readiness skills to empower Indiana adults and their families with essential literacy skills to help advance social, educational, and economic opportunities. Indy Reads provides:

• Free adult literacy classes
• English language classes and tutoring for adults
• Workforce certification programs and skills training through virtual and in-person opportunities
• A bookstore that sells used and new books to offer free programs
