Hayden Hayes is a paralegal in the Workplace Solutions Group.
 
Previously, Hayden served as a legal secretary for an Ohio-based law firm. He assisted attorneys with preparation of immigration-related filings via proofreading, preparation of exhibits and logistics planning.
 
Prior to working in immigration, Hayden was a litigation assistant at a global law firm. He was responsible for assisting multiple attorneys with various criminal and civil litigation issues, including asset forfeiture defense, international judgment enforcement, government enforcement defense and trust and estates litigation.
 
Hayden earned his Bachelor of Arts in international studies and Russian language from The Ohio State University (OSU), summa cum laude. While in college, he was an intern for the university’s Center for Slavic and East European Studies. He was also a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship recipient.
 
In 2018, Hayden completed an intensive Russian language program in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. His interest in Russian and Slavic cultures led him to earn a Master of Arts in Slavic and East European studies from OSU in 2020.
