Kishala Srivastava is an attorney in Ice Miller’s Litigation Practice.

Kishala first joined Ice Miller as a summer associate, where she drafted memoranda and court documents for the Firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. She earned her juris doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Kishala was an advisory board member for the Program on Law and Leadership, a co-chair of the diversity and inclusion committee for the Student Bar Association and a member of Moritz’s Justice for Children Clinic. Kishala also served as the editor-in-chief for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.

She graduated with bachelor’s degrees in political science and business administration with a certificate in international relations from the University of Florida. During her time at the University of Florida, Kishala was a teaching assistant for Judge Samuel Stafford’s Race, Color and the Constitution course. In addition, Kishala served as an undergraduate legal intern for Florida Gulf Coast University’s General Counsel Office for two summers. Kishala also gained experience as a research intern for NewsBank, a news database organization.

Kishala is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio.
