Kishala Srivastava is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, consumer privacy/digital tracking litigation, and corporate investigations, with appearances in various state courts in Ohio, along with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Kishala has experience representing clients through pre-suit correspondence, dispositive motion drafting, discovery management/e-discovery, and resolution of the litigation. Her practice also includes internal investigations into whistleblower complaints, ethic reports, and other unlawful or improper conduct.
Kishala earned her juris doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Kishala was an advisory board member for the Program on Law and Leadership, a co-chair of the diversity and inclusion committee for the Student Bar Association, and a member of Moritz’s Justice for Children Clinic. She also served as the editor-in-chief for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. She also dedicates time to pro bono efforts and is a board member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio.
