Tim Ochs' primary practice concentration is in real estate law, including real estate development, land use and zoning, annexation, leasing, and real estate finance. He is a member of the firm's Food and Agribusiness Group and the firm's Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group.
He has substantial experience in renewable energy projects, including numerous wind farms, a solar farm and other alternative energy projects. He also has substantial experience representing municipalities in annexation matters.
He has been a faculty member for over 30 real estate seminars presented by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum, the National Business Institute and the Professional Education Systems Institute, and he has served as the chair of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's Annual Real Estate Institute between 2009 and 2012, and has co-chaired the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum's annual Advanced Real Estate seminar for 2015, 2016 and 2017.
