Robert Kiburz

Rob Kiburz is a senior counsel in Ice Miller’s Business Group who concentrates his practice on complex business transactions, with a particular focus on representing private equity firms, independent sponsors, family offices, and closely held companies in the structuring and negotiating of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, financings, and restructurings across a wide range of industries. Rob also regularly advises portfolio companies and other corporate clients on governance matters, commercial agreements, employment and management incentive arrangements, and other general corporate matters.
