The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has issued two separate opinions in the longstanding dispute between BBK Tobacco and Foods LLP (BBK) and Central Coast Agriculture Inc. (CCA). These decisions both affect the rights of trademark holders generally, and cannabis trademark holders specifically.
