Alexander Talel

Alex Talel leads clients through all stages of the investigative, litigation, and pre-litigation process. Alex served as law clerk to Judge Jon O. Newman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to Judge Sidney H. Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He has broad experience in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate levels, in addition to domestic and international arbitration.

Alex's practice encompasses a broad range of industries and disciplines. He has counseled and acted on behalf of leading corporations and individuals in the advertising, aerospace, e-commerce, finance, healthcare, sports and telecommunications fields, among others, helping clients resolve high-stakes, industry-altering disputes through both traditional and non-traditional resolution mechanisms. He has also guided clients through complex and high-profile internal and government investigations.
