Bradley Jones is a partner in Ice Miller’s Real Estate, Environmental & Energy Law (REEL) Group, focusing his practice on complex real estate transactions structured around tax credit-driven financings. He represents sponsors, investors, and developers in transactions involving low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and historic tax credits and energy related incentives, guiding projects from initial structuring through closing.

Brad has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents for multi million dollar real estate investments, including financing, partnership, and regulatory agreements. His work frequently involves coordinating tax credit equity, multiple layers of public and private financing, and federal housing subsidies to support affordable housing developments, historic rehabilitation projects, and energy related initiatives. He is also well versed in reviewing and negotiating Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program documents, Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts, and other federal housing subsidy documentation integral to tax credit transactions.
