Associate

Charles Mills is an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation practice. He focuses on complex commercial litigation matters with experience handling disputes in both state and federal courts. His prior matters have involved multimillion-dollar contract claims, partnership and construction disputes, as well as employment and tort claims. Before joining Ice Miller, Charles served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Robert W. Trumble of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, where he worked on a wide range of legal issues and developed a strong foundation in civil litigation.

Charles earned his juris doctor, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he served as Articles Editor for the Journal of International Economic Law, was named a Presidential Fellow, and was indicted into the Order of Lytae. He is also a published author on emerging legal issues involving artificial intelligence and discovery.
