Ice Miller Health Care lawyer Ethan Rii will be presenting a breakout session titled "Difficult Transactions in Health Care and How to Overcome Them" at the American Health Law Association's 2022 Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute.

This program will be formatted as a traditional two and a half day in-person program - we are excited for attendees to connect and network in person.
