Program Description:

This session will cover key current legislative, regulatory, and case law developments relevant to ESOPs and many who work with them. Learn about plan amendments due this year and optional updates available for ESOPs. DOL developments will be an uplifting component of the discussion. The panel also will report on the latest status of Public Policy Council initiatives and federal legislative and regulatory agendas involving ESOPs.
