Gregory Barr is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group, where he advises borrowers and lenders involved in a variety of financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated senior credit facilities (including cash flow and ABL deals), mezzanine note facilities, convertible note facilities, receivables financing facilities, and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Greg worked as senior counsel for a Fortune 100 company. In this role, he advised business teams on a wide variety of legal issues, including commercial contracts, contract interpretation, regulatory issues, and customer and supplier disputes.
Previously, Greg worked in the debt finance practice group of a large national law firm, where he represented borrowers and lenders in a wide range of financing and M&A transactions and corporate matters.
