As Director of Legal Recruiting, Leslie is responsible for leading Ice Miller’s legal talent recruitment efforts for all the firm’s office locations. Leslie brings 20 years of experience within legal recruitment for leading law firms and legal providers. She is charged with executing the firm's talent strategy and initiatives, focusing to attract, develop, and retain the best legal talent in the industry.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Leslie served as vice president of talent recruiting for a global legal services provider, where she led a team of recruiting professionals across North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. She was responsible the full-cycle recruiting of lawyers and legal support professionals.
