National Law Firm Welcomes Former Trump Speechwriter as Senior Director of Government Affairs

The national law firm of Ice Miller is pleased to announce that Ryan Jarmula has joined the firm as Senior Director of Government Affairs in its Government Affairs & Regulatory Law (GARL) Group. A seasoned veteran of Capitol Hill, former Congressional Chief of Staff, and former Special Assistant to the President for Speechwriting and Policy Development in the White House during the first Trump administration, Jarmula is well-positioned to leverage his deep relationships and strategic insights on behalf of the firm’s clients’ objectives.

In joining Ice Miller’s GARL team, Jarmula aligns his wide and varied experience in government affairs with sound business strategies to provide comprehensive and strategic support to Ice Miller clients. A trusted advisor to federal, state, and local government leaders and officials, he brings to bear the experience critical to assisting current and future clients with issue advocacy, monitoring, and engagement  at the federal level, while also collaborating across the firm to support clients’ legislative and regulatory priorities.
