Ice Miller Hosts Executive Leadership Forum on U.S.–Vietnam Technology Cooperation
On March 11, Ice Miller hosted the Executive Leadership Forum, “Strengthening U.S.–Vietnam Relations through Technological Partnerships and Cooperation,” at the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Ice Miller partners Mai Zymaris, Michael Stroud, and Wonnie Lee opened the program with welcome remarks and introduced the firm’s services supporting cross-border business and innovation between the United States and Vietnam.

Discussions focused on expanding cooperation in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, robotics, and advanced manufacturing. Representatives from Intel, Amazon Web Services, Marvell Technology, Quantum IQ Consulting, the Semiconductor Industry Association, CALIF, Realtime Robotics, and MK Group JSC shared their perspectives on resilient technology supply chains and stronger innovation ecosystems. Additional participants from Excelerate Energy, Qualcomm, 3M, TIA, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and the U.S. Trade and Development Agency discussed the infrastructure, financing, and policy frameworks needed to support long-term growth and investment.
