Steve McNeill joins Ice Miller as a partner in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. With nearly two decades of experience, McNeill focuses his practice on complex bankruptcy proceedings for national and regional clients, representing debtors, secured lenders, creditors' committees, and unsecured creditors in high-stakes Chapter 11 matters. He has been involved in contesting and defending asset sales, plans of reorganization, assumption and rejection of leases and contracts, and preference litigation. McNeill is recognized by Chambers USA and listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation – Bankruptcy.

He also has extensive experience litigating avoidance actions under Chapter 5 of the Bankruptcy Code.
