Ice Miller congratulates partner Sid Bose on being named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2024 40 Under 40 list. Bose and his fellow honorees were celebrated at an awards breakfast on April 11, 2024.

Since 1993, the Indianapolis Business Journal has recognized individuals under the age of 40 who have excelled in their chosen field and are actively engaged in the community. Honorees have demonstrated leadership, initiative and dedication in pursuing their careers and show great promise that they are likely to continue to achieve within their organization and the community.

Bose is a partner and chair of Ice Miller's Data Security and Privacy practice, where he counsels clients on various data security, privacy and compliance matters. As a former IT systems engineer, Bose leverages his past experience to advise clients on matters related to privacy law, vendor negotiations and agreements, audit and compliance, data breaches and incident response, disaster recovery, and fast emerging technologies including blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), privacy and large-scale data analytics, and augmented/virtual reality.

In addition to his legal practice, Bose is also an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he teaches courses at the IU Cybersecurity Clinic on cybersecurity risk management and preparedness. He currently serves as a board member of the Central Indiana chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and the board Secretary of the Orr Fellowship. Bose is also a former co-chair of the Indianapolis chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
