Adam Arceneaux, Audrey Howard, and Michael Wukmer were recognized in the Commercial Disputes category for Indianapolis. Rob Ouellette and Ethan Rii secured rankings for Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions in Ohio and Chicago, respectively. Adam Arceneaux, chair of Ice Miller’s Commercial Litigation Group, is dedicated to helping businesses achieve their goals through the strategic use of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation-avoidance planning. With a focus on complex commercial litigation and around-the-clock accessibility for emergency claims, his practice includes drafting, defending, or defeating covenants not to compete, non-solicitation clauses, confidentiality agreements, and trade secrets claims.

Audrey Howard is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group and focuses her practice on defending and guiding manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in complex litigation matters, including product liability cases, consumer class actions, multi-district litigation, premises liability matters, and warranty and indemnification claims. Additionally, she represents owners in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and other development agreements.

He actively assists clients from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, financial services, high technology, and professional services, and at all levels of the capital structure.

Ethan Rii is a partner in Ice Miller’s national Health Care Group. Michael Wukmer is a partner in Ice Miller's Litigation Group and advises clients concerning simple and complex disputes of all types, as well as handling arbitration and court proceedings, including trials and appeals. Much of his practice consists of emergency business disputes in which he is asked to help protect and preserve the company's assets or prosecute or defend "bet the company" lawsuits with competitors.
