Candice Reder has over a decade of experience as a dedicated brand attorney. She manages the global trademark portfolio for Fortune 100 companies and represents clients in intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
Candice prosecutes and manages trademark portfolios worldwide, designs and implements filing and enforcement strategies, including online takedowns, and counsels clients on the full spectrum of trademark issues. She works with clients in a variety of industries including food and beverage, alcohol, household consumer goods, electronics, home appliances, plumbing, automotive, commercial and residential water treatment, oil and gas filtration, prefabricated home products, manufacturing, finance, banking, insurance, home improvement, and construction.
Candice is also a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Lawyers Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA), where she participates in INTA’s Parallel Imports committee.
