Join us for an insightful webinar highlighting key healthcare legislation from the 2025 Indiana General Assembly session. Members of Ice Miller’s Government Affairs & Regulatory Law group—Lawren Mills, Carly Ringlespaugh, Hamilton Smith, and Cora Steinmetz—will provide a comprehensive update on what proved to be another eventful legislative session, with healthcare remaining a top priority for policymakers. The team brings extensive experience in lobbying, legislative strategy, and regulatory policy. Cora Steinmetz brings a particularly valuable perspective in Government Affairs and Health Care, drawing on her experience as the former Director of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning.

This webinar will share key insights on healthcare legislation passed during this session by the Indiana General Assembly, ahead of many of the provisions becoming law on July 1, and will also provide observations on trends and likely areas for continued healthcare activity in future sessions. We will be offering one hour of general Indiana CLE credit, pending approval by the Indiana Supreme Court.

Key Topics:

  • Ownership Reporting Requirements for Healthcare Entities
  • Regulation of Hospital Pricing and Provider-Payor Contracting
  • Medicaid Work Requirements, Eligibility Changes, and HIP 3.0
  • Pharmacy-Benefit Manager (PBM) Reform and 340B Reporting
  • Healthcare Workforce Changes

This session is pending approval for 1.0 hour of General Indiana CLE Credit.
